Completely incompetent hustle. I think what they do is cut trees so far back the tree dies, and then they can upsell you on removing the dead tree. Kevin didn't respond in english or spanish and hacked an apple tree to death. The picture is of a "trim." I'll be shocked if this tree survives the winter.
