The only reason why I'm "rating" this is that I feel the need to actually give my opinion on something that I actually did and how I felt afterwards and the long term affect for it's now over a year that I did do the diet. It bothers me that people will confuse the issue just because something about the diet bothers them (ie that a feeding tube is used to deliver the formula, etc).
