My car died battery needed charging a random guy helped me, telling him about my son’s car that needed a motor. He referred me to his friend ( who I didn’t know either) taking a chance because I needed a mechanic. Imperial came to my house to pick up the vehicle replaced the motor and car is running perfect. Imperial is 45 min away but would definitely take all my cars to them. Highly recommend

SCAM SHOP!!! Absolute worst body shop/mechanic of all time. Kept my car for 4 months on an insurance claim, for what should’ve been 30 days worth of work, absolutely lied to me non stop, every week telling me “it was gonna be done Friday” kept it for 4 months!!! Got the car back and NONE OF THE WORK WAS DONE!!! I would never in my life recommend this shop to anyone unless I hated that person. Now I have to take my car to another shop and come completely out of pocket at another shop, because this guy cannot run a honest good... read more
Took in my ford raptor for new control arms, CV axles, and wheel hub assemblys under warranty. Edgar was responsive, always followed up with everything he was doing on the truck untill it was completed. I recommend imperial automotive to anyone that has any vehicle needs they will take good care of you !
