We recently had our 25 yo deck repaired and refreshed by KDOC. We chose them after obtaining other quotes and on the recommendation of a neighbor. James installed a frameless glass fence in our yard, iron fence in yard, and a glass fence and repairs for our balcony. He always returned calls promptly and shows up when he says he will. I have prior construction experience working structural concrete for several years. I used KDOC to resurface a deck and balcony and install two new sliders (that I purchased) in 2023 for $40K. Problems we encountered: His crew cracked the fiber cement siding with removal and installation of sliders. I supplied the replacement siding and colored quad caulking at no discount to us . Caulking workmanship so sloppy with reinstallation that we asked them to stop. And Jim gave us a $500 credit so we could finish caulking and paint... read more
