I've been going here since February 2025 and this is November 2025, still haven't had an office visit with the doctor and only in office 2 times with aprn. And they think I have cancer. This is a horrible non caring place
Dr.Ashley E is awful 😔 I've been dealing with stomach issues for 3 years now after my gallbladder surgery that somc did (shocker) and I have constant pain , she's put me on a acid reducer for 1 year now and my eyes and stool started turning yellow, she did a liver blood test and said everything looks normal no further tests need to be done except my 2nd endoscopy? Like that's not fixing my problem, I told her I'm tired of medicine and surgeries, this is all I'm being put to do instead of her figuring out the problem? This i... read more
Not even close to a decent experience. Keep in mind, you can’t eat or drink anything all day in order to get the endoscopy procedure done. My appointment was at 2:15, and they didn’t even begin my procedure until 5 PM. One of the nurses who came in to give me paperwork prior, talked to me like I was an idiot, almost talking down to me, is how it came off. Then, I was told that the staff was too busy watching the eclipse, due to it being on the same day. Once I was finally done with my procedure, Dr. Bascom pops her head in a... read more
Dr. Bascom is a wonderful and very caring Dr. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and when possible, she goes over and above what is called for. I just had a procedure by her again and her and the entire staff were wonderful!!
