Dr.Ashley E is awful 😔 I've been dealing with stomach issues for 3 years now after my gallbladder surgery that somc did (shocker) and I have constant pain , she's put me on a acid reducer for 1 year now and my eyes and stool started turning yellow, she did a liver blood test and said everything looks normal no further tests need to be done except my 2nd endoscopy? Not even close to a decent experience. Keep in mind, you can’t eat or drink anything all day in order to get the endoscopy procedure done. My appointment was at 2:15, and they didn’t even begin my procedure until 5 PM. One of the nurses who came in to give me paperwork prior, talked to me like I was an idiot, almost talking down to me, is how it came off. Then, I was told that the staff was too busy watching the eclipse, due to it being on the same day. Once I was finally done with my procedure, Dr. Bascom pops her head in a... read more
Dr. Bascom is a wonderful and very caring Dr. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and when possible, she goes over and above what is called for. I just had a procedure by her again and her and the entire staff were wonderful!!
I enjoyed Dr. Bascom and her team. Felt at ease and she explained everything greatly.
