I am very surprised by the 5 star ratings. My experience with KDL was very poor. Specifically with the owner Kenny Lee. I purchased my home back in 2020. The seller had hired KDL to replace the roof. When the inspector checked the roof, they noticed that there were some issues with the job and did not approve it. KDL came out and applied a second layer of shingles, on top of the first layer to remedy the problem. Although it passed inspection, 3 years later, I am experiencing water leaking from the ceiling of my closet. I ca... read more

Excellent work, replaced my roof and waterheater and gave me a great warranty. It was affordable, super affordable. The crew was quick and cleaned up leaving no trace. Very happy customer!!!
