We used KDI to seal our paver patio and firepit area. Everything went well with no issues. A few weeks went by and noticed some spot where moss was growing. I reached out via email back in July 2025 with some pictures. No response. I called 2 weeks. The gentleman acknowledged they received the email and said “they will send someone to fix it”. Nothing yet. I submitted a request via their site 2 weeks later after that call, nothing. They do good work just not happy with their communication and follow through.
Love KDI...have been using them for gravel and loam etc. for several years now and their products and service are top notch with a special shout out to one of the great employees, Dave!
