Booked an appointment through the website on 2/4 so that I could get in before leaving for a Florida trip next week. Appointment was confirmed for Saturday 2/13. Received a text message this morning letting me know the appointment was canceled and those services are no longer offered. Asked if we could make an exception since this was very short notice and now don't have time to make other arraignments. I absolutely LOVE this salon. My hair stylist I see is Shanna and she is the best stylist I've ever had. Like most woman, my hair is my pride and joy and every time I've gone to Shanna she has never disappointed me and I'm the kind of person who likes to change it up all the time. Anytime I suggest doing something different/wild she's always up for it and doesn't try and talk me out of it like past hair stylist had done to me before. Kevin is incredible at his craft! He truly takes the time to listen and recommend the perfect hair solutions. He is not only my preferred hairdresser, but also of my husband and son! In addition to the detailed work, he also has great taste in music too! See you next month Kevin!
