Extremely rude owner. I called him for a quote and he said he would stop by tonight to look at my generator. He was Extremely rude in telling me that I hadn't serviced it and should have when I nicely asked if he can just give me a ballpark figure he very rudely raised his voice and belittled me, I told him he can say it in a nice tone. Emil responded and set up a visit to check out my location, and provide an estimate, in a very timely manner. Due to the geography at my location being mostly rock, it would be a tricky install. Ok, to whom do you turn to when you need an emergency generator installed?? We turned to KDE ELECTRONIC LLC and absolutely could not have been more pleased. Even though the weather wasn’t cooperative, the team kept us in the know and the installation could not have been more timely and efficient.
