Scam mechanic, bad attitude too, puts extra parts on the vehicle and relays on technicalities to make you pay more. Watch this guy, get a quote, do it by email, so that you can take him to OMVIC if you need too. Otherwise don't even bother, he's a slippery POS and has a bad attitude.
