Getting ahold of someone was easy and they actually showed up on time for the estimate which is rare these days , the process was straightforward they gave me clear timeline for the roof repairs and stuck to it. No hidden fees popped up at the end. Very professional group.
Over my 15 years in Chicago I have worked with many contractors including roofing, plumbing and electrical. KD is hands down the most professional contractor I have worked with. Their estimate was competitive, they were always on time, everyone in their crowd was highly skilled, they completed a 2000sq ft roof replacement in 2 days and they even cleaned after the work was completed. And please look at this beautiful new roof!
When we called this company, the owner promptly came and provided a very fair quote for a roof repair. Within a few days, he completed the work and we are extremely satisfied. He went above and beyond, and was very honest. We highly recommend him and we will keep him in mind for future work.
Great service and pricing! As winter approached, I had a severe clog / overflow issue along with ice cracked downspouts. Contacted K&D and spoke to Konrad (owner) - Very nice! We scheduled time for the next day for cleaning, inspection, and repairs. He was prompt, hardworking and committed to completing the job right! Pricing was very fair! Thank you so much~
