Most incompetent property management company I've EVER done business with. KD Prime Properties listed a vacation rental as per friendly. When they notified me it was not pet friendly I was asked to cancel the reservation. No problem, mistakes happen so I called Flipkey to cancel the reservation. Flipkey informed me I would lose my deposit, per KD Properties' cancellation policy, if I cancelled (this call was over 40 minutes as Flipkey attempted to contact KD Properties).
