I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. My appointment started right on time, and I never felt rushed. They took great care of my hands, paid attention to every detail, and my nails turned out even better than I imagined. Have been trying to find a new nail tech as I just moved here. I found this spa’s Instagram and loved the work. However, when I was there the two people who worked on my nails were extremely inattentive and seemed disinterested. My nails did not come out like my inspo photo, the lengths are different on different nails (I should’ve checked this myself but figured the nail tech was paying attention since he did check lengths but apparently did not fix it), and they almost let me leave with certain areas of the builder gel loo... read more
While getting my feet done they did not ask me what I wanted I pointed to the 45 dollar photo and said regular he automatically put shalack on my toes I never get that and charged me double of what I was suppose to pay there was no communication at all he assumed and charged my pockets never again will I come here there was absolutely no communication with their clients worse experience I've had at a nail salon
book appointments!!! they have an amazing staff but they are constantly booked. Walk in appointments are hard to get. Call ahead of time, I have been going here for almost a year now, and I will never go anywhere else. T is an amazing nail artist. These are just a couple of the nails he has done for me over the year.
