Came for a basic polish manicure , needed dry skin removed, the owner/female insisted on using a drill! (For what) Y use a drill on a manicure to remove. Dry skin? The lady was upset cuz I didn't want a drill used in my nail beds, as I explained my nail beds were sensitive due to recent chemotherapy treatment.& preferred to have a nail file used to shape MY nail.
