I was appalled after receiving my HOA budget report to see billing at $72,481 for such poor landscaping. I have had an open ticket since 03/2026 and they have yet to complete my request for new sod. Instead five months later I got seed. The landscapers are instructed by the owner to do a half *** job. I plan to appeal them being contracted another year with my association. I live in an HOA in which we have a 1”growth mowing contract. Apparently, when they mow & blow, the employees do not understand that blowing the grass off the walkway means blow it back into the lawn. I have a covered front porch 5-8 feet away from the strip of grass, yet every week your employees blow the grass up onto my porch. If you want poor quality and damaged lawns they are your guys! Our HOA contract calls for mowing to a height of 2.5 - 3.5 inches, with weekly mowing if it grows 1 inch. Well ours grew 6-7 inches over the last 2 weeks because they skipped a week to trim bushes, etc. So when they showed up on Monday they left some areas completely missed, some scalped, and others with clumps of grass. I'd give zero stars if I could.

They do horrible work! They don't show up when scheduled and provide a grocery list of excuses for providing unprofessional services. Id be ashamed to leave a custormers home looking the way it does as it does when they provide their mediocre at best services. Get ready to waste money!
