They installed our gutters, but started having problems with water backing up into the gutter with no down spout, also they held about an inch of water that was at the far end of the gutter. I have left several massages for them to call me back no reply.
Ghosted us! They literally TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN! No follow-up for reoccurring issues! First of all, I’ve had nothing but problem after problem with the gutters that were installed on my home by K & D Gutters in 2022. All of my gutters leak, they hold water and do not drain properly. Very dissatisfied with their service and craftsmanship. K&D replace my gutters last year. Additionally, they reattached a piece of fascia cap that had fallen. After a few weeks the fascia piece fell. I have been trying to contact K&D for months to fix it. They responded a couple of times but never showed up to do the repair. One of the gutters started overflowing. When I climbed to see what happened, the outlet that drops into the downspout is only 3 inches round (instead of a 3x4) so any kind of debris would clog it. The ou... read more
Bad business practice. First I had to do the clean up. I had to move all the old gutters to the street and had to cut up a 10 foot section, said I didn't pay for clean up. Will not back his work: 6 months after installation one gutter started to come lose and flow backwards. I called to see if they would come out to look at the problem. We agreed on a date and time.
