We hired Kevin Dorobat from KD flooring to install 5” white oak planks. Besides not being installed correctly, the stain was applied incorrectly, his foot prints and sweat marks were left embedded throughout the 5500sq fr home. Planks were gapping, popping, a hump appeared in the dining area and he told us to place a rug over it. He refused to fix his mistakes. Had to go through litigation to win the case against him.
