Completely obsessed! Kim has been a total life changer mentally, physically and emotionally! The classes are always challenging and as much fun as a gym class can be lol! All different body types, ages, shapes, & sizes attend which I love. The girls are so welcoming! I never felt intimidated walking in for a class. She does weightless challenges and supports you through the entire process. Consistency is key! Thanks KD! You rock!!

I’ve been training with kim for a few weeks now and I’m so happy I started! I was getting into a “funk” and needed someone to kick my butt! I feel so good after leaving our sessions and am looking forward to continuing to work together to achieve my health goals!

Unfortunately I would never recommend this gym to a friend. I purchased a ten class card and really enjoyed taking yoga with one instructor there. When I had two classes left the owner urged me to purchase a new card and promised my instructor would still be there. A week later she let her go and promised me a refund. She never gave me a refund and ignored all of my communication since. update- after I posted this I was refunded.
