I was in a bind in that I went through water damage in my kitchen and my insurance policy didn't cover the repairs. I explained my situation with Nick and he was able to cut me a break on the expenses and got the job done well. The drywallers and cabinet builders did a great job. I would highly recommend K&D for any home remodeling/repair project.

K&D Development did an outstanding job. They went well beyond the original scope of work, taking the time to touch up several additional items for me at no extra cost. Their attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was done right really stood out. Called to ask a question about a dumpster they’re using in my neighborhood at a site and was spoken to extremely disrespectfully by a guy (maybe Kurtis?). Threatened to call the police on me when I wasn’t even on their site and I was respectfully calling to ask about some scrap wood that was there to be recycled.
