We recently worked with K&D to update our big kitchen counter. From beginning to end the experience was first class. Jack did a great job of helping make an appropriate granite choice, and gave helpful advice on every aspect, including a new sink. The process of measurement and installation was smooth and efficient, including making appointments. From idea to completion the experience was top notch. Brian was helpful, gave us design tips to improve our overall look, made good suggestions without "Selling". Being able to take home samples was helpful. Once we made our decision to move ahead, the process and timeline were well communicated, follow up was timely and thorough. Hello, Everything went very smooth. Brian coordinated with the plumber and installers perfectly. We had 3 different crews and they very informative and detail oriented. Andy, Cole, Logan , to name a few were great. Arch Plumbing did the disconnect and reconnect in a timely fashion too. We had some caulk recess a little and Brian sent out a crew the next week to re-caulk the area. Our color selection we chose could not have been any better choice. Excellent team to work with. Nice, very knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. They helped us with a project and were able to find a great piece of quartz at an extremely competitive price. The install was quick and flawless. Can’t recommend enough.
