Wonderful store with many hair product and selections and great hair service's from all braiders been going two years and nothing to complain about.
Great products, great variety, and excellent customer service. Everyone is so helpful. I will always shop here to support them, especially in an industry where access to our hair and skin care products is often gatekept by Asian suppliers.
I usually have a good experience with this store. Today I went for a kids texturizer, the cashier asked to open the box prior to my purchase stating she was concerned about the expiration date. I was caught off guard and explained the expiration date is on the box. Does she not understand had she opened the box, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. Now I’m concerned about my purchase. In my opinion they don't even deserve a 1 Star. I have an extremely short pixie cut that does not call for a hair dryer at all. As a matter of fact I don't even own a hair dryer. I just spike it up, spray shining spray and I'm on my daily way. I wanted to inquire about possibly changing my hair color from a light blonde to eggplant in color.
