Extremely disappointed with the owner. I usually have a nice interaction with the store owner and her daughter who usually works the front. I tend to wear my hair in braids or silk pressed with clip ins or weave. I have fine hair and wanted to give my hair a break with no heat and was interested in a glueless wig. The owner was very pleasant and helped me pull this look off for a Murder Mystery that I attended. She helped with hair, lashes, and nails. She felt like an aunt helping me out. She was also very friendly to my 2 younger children that were with me.
