Kaden is legit. And there shop rate is more than fair!
I brought my jeep in because I had a coolant leak. The part I needed was on back order, so I asked if I could buy an aftermarket part and they said yes and put it on for me. Charged me for labor. The jeep was still leaking, had it in and out of the shop many times wasn’t charged again for labor, we finally got the Chevrolet part for my jeep and it unfortunately was still leaking only the paid for the part, so I brought it in one more time and they replaced the reservoir for free and fixed it REALLY!! They put new engine in and went great. Now doing the 250 mile first oil change. These guys are great.
Exceptional customer service by Denise, who handled my trailer attachment, provided me a tutorial on it, and helped resolve a trailer hitch kit issue related to a different U-Haul location. Highly recommended!
