Staff was excellent! Everything was clean, prepared and ready to go. This was the most thorough and helpful pick up I have done at a U-Haul location. If I could use this location every time I rented I would 100% come back.

I brought my jeep in because I had a coolant leak. The part I needed was on back order, so I asked if I could buy an aftermarket part and they said yes and put it on for me. Charged me for labor. The jeep was still leaking, had it in and out of the shop many times wasn’t charged again for labor, we finally got the Chevrolet part for my jeep and it unfortunately was still leaking only the paid for the part, so I brought it in one more time and they replaced the reservoir for free and fixed it REALLY!!
