I had a disappointing experience with Kathy at KCY at Law in Burlington. I ultimately found her billing practices to be unclear and, in my opinion, misleading. There were unexpected charges that were not clearly explained upfront, and I did not feel the billing reflected the level of service provided. I reached out to seek clarification but left the interaction feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Did a great job for me.
Looking for trustworthy lawyer can be difficult, but Kathy and Linda made it very easy for me. They represented me well and I admire their worth ethic. Their very experienced in their field and it shows in their organization and the level of detail provided during review.
