Very professional staff. I was dealing with a problem that I had never had to before. They responded to my needs quickly and effectively.
I came in for a follow up of an ER trip. Dr. Wright came in and asked me 3 questions, did not let me speak, and then said they were going to set up to do a procedure in the office while I was there. I was unprepared for this procedure and asked if he had seen my images and scans, and he said he had not reviewed any of them yet. Unclear how they were going to move forward with a procedure without even looking at my chart. My experience from the very start was the Dr. not giving you all your options. And when you find out you had a better option they continued to do what he wanted with no explanation why. They never returned phone calls and just ignored what you wanted or needed. You are just a number with them. Since the beginning it took a year from start to finish of treatment.
