My elderly dad ended up at urgent care, who then sent him to the ER, because of a UTI that should have been no big deal if treated properly by this clinic. At first signs of symptoms, on a Monday, KCUC told him to leave a sample for culture. Then they never got back to us with results (even after I left numerous follow-up voicemails) because, come to find out later, his doctor was working in the hospital all that week.
