Definition of incompetence. Zero empathy. No sense of urgency. Zero support by staff - required patient to do their job (insurance issues). Lost lab work without explanation. Consistently failed to upload records to file. Made patient feel as if he is the problem, not them. Scolded twice by nurses for raising concerns. I fired them all and will never refer anyone to Johnson and office.
KCUC is a doctor owned clinic and I believe the Doctors are talented and of great quality but outside of that, the quality of some of the office personnel, a few of the Doctors nurses, and the poor communication is simply unacceptable and insensitive. If like me, and you are dealing with cancer, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I have been dealing with a very unique and seemingly rare condition. I met with Dr. Johnson after waiting weeks for an appointment. My appointment lasted about 2 minutes and I was told there was nothing that could be done and what they think my condition is. No tests, scans, blood work, or anything to confirm this diagnosis. No care instructions on how to deal with it. I got referred to KU, and now I have to wait 3 more months before I get a shot at getting any kind of answers.
