Delicious pizza and excellent customer service, highly recommended
Finally, Holtsville has a solid pizza and wing spot! Honestly, most places are either really good at pizza or really good at wings .. not both. KC’s nails both. Their pizzas are great, wings are great, staff is super friendly, and I’ve never been disappointed. Definitely worth checking out.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Let's start with the phone call when we placed our order. The employee repeatedly called us "yeah, bro," which immediately came across as unprofessional. When our pizza arrived, it was undercooked. The crust was so soft and floppy that you couldn't pick up a slice without it falling apart, and the cheese was sliding off because the pizza was excessively greasy. Ordered delivery. I felt it definitely came within normal time. Delivery person was very friendly. Pizza on the other hand looks like it has way too much cheese. Very greasy runny cheese pizza. I probably would not order takeout from them ever again. They close at 9 PM so I tried calling at 8:50 and just nobody answers it’s 856 and I’m writing this and I would never have wrote a bad review if they answered the phone and tried to talk to me.
