Fantastic job From the start talking with Todd Unser, to the finish, great job. Highly recommend you talk with Todd, to the point no bs sales. Had another company say if you sign today 10% off. They could do that because they were almost double for the same job. Installers were a great group of guys, very respectful of me and my property. KCS guys did a great job at my house putting in an outside floor drain that needed a new pipe which then ran into my basement and then into a grinder pump and then exited to the outside. Crew had great knowledge of the situation and were very respectful of my property. They worked quickly, kept me informed as they worked, and were all gentlemen. I would highly recommend them for any foundation situations that you may have.
KCS did an amazing job! They truly went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we were happy! We originally got a quote from a different business and Todd helped us figure out they were almost certainly going to try and rip us off or they were just incompetent. I had foundation repair basement wall anchoring, garage foundation pillaring and waterproofing. Brad with KCS diagnosed issues, recommended solution, created detailed drawing plans, and revised to my satisfaction. Once agreement on solution reached, the A crew arrived 2 weeks later to execute our desired plan! Robert, the project foreman, kept me well informed through out the project!
