I have to say my experience using KCS was great! I absolutely recommend them! Today I had crew #4 come do drainage work in my property. Reuben led the crew of Juan, Pablo, Luis, Javier, Samuel and Jose. Everyone was friendly and worked very hard to get the job done same day. KCS was very responsive when I first inquired about a quote, Todd came out to look at the project with my father and me and had a quote back to us quickly. Once deposit was paid we booked the date. Crew 2 did an excellent job at my house today. They were extremely professional. The job was completed in 1 day and they were diligent at cleaning up the areas, both inside and outside, making sure there was no mess left. I am extremely pleased with the job they did today and have recommended this company to two other people needing help with water in their basements!!
From the very beginning, the folks at KCS Foundation and Waterproofing were awesome and very professional! We had a small leak in our basement and I had been worried about our old sump pump since we bought the house. KCS was able to come out earlier than any other company to give us a free estimate, so we went with them. They sent out Chris Judd to go over some options.
