Poor service! Bought product expecting following!!’ ZERO Tried to support local… Zero Paid for part, wasn’t in… 3 months of follow up… March 21 said product was shipped… no tracking… I showed up at his office… he said it was shipped but oh, you can have that one on the floor… asked for shipping confirmation… couldn’t provide… Go with someone reputable!!!
Ordered a refurbished hot tub. Made deposit which was for the equipment required to refurbish the hot tub. A few months later after hearing nothing stopped in to see how everything was going. Told it was being worked on at the warehouse by techs. After numerous calls a few months later I went in again. This time he did say the hot tub was not going to be done but offered a new one for the same price. Said it was busy so he was not able to get back to me when i was trying to contact him. We were on the hunt for a new hot tub, seemed very confusing and somewhat expensive! Then we find Callum....! I was taken aback by how young he was, however his experience was second to none! He explained all the different types and chemicals perfectly, no pressure at all to buy and was always super helpful and courteous. Really can't recommend KC's Hot tubs enough, in my opinion there's no other choice!! 2 weeks after purchase and he still had all the time in the world for my stupid questions as well!!
