We were on the hunt for a new hot tub, seemed very confusing and somewhat expensive! Then we find Callum....! I was taken aback by how young he was, however his experience was second to none! He explained all the different types and chemicals perfectly, no pressure at all to buy and was always super helpful and courteous. Really can't recommend KC's Hot tubs enough, in my opinion there's no other choice!! 2 weeks after purchase and he still had all the time in the world for my stupid questions as well!!
We were about to buy a Hot Tub from Home Depot, but were unsure once we read the reviews. Then we found KC's and went to see Callum. He is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, unlike some salesmen! We were very impressed with the quality of the Wellis product, and were pleasantly surprised at the price! After a couple of minor hiccups, we have been enjoying our tub for a month now and are very happy with our choice of Wellis and KC's Hot Tubs. Callum is great to deal with. He knows his stuff, and is responsive and helpful before and after purchase which is important for hot tub newbies like us.
