After reading some of the negative reviews, I was reluctant to purchase from here. However, I had a fantastic experience through the education, shopping, buying, installation process. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with Don and team. He went above an beyond to get us set up correctly, including some extras.
On 11/28/2022 I purchased a MAXX SPA Rendezvous Hot Tub from Don. I wanted the tub equipped with WIFI, OZONE and UV systems. I was told they all came from the factory equipped that way and I was really going to enjoy the tub. The tub arrived with a damage corner panel and one side panel was cracked. Have had new hot tub from KCHTW for 3 weeks. Purchasing was a good experience, tub actually arrived at dealership early. Delivery and set-up was incredibly smooth, as was connection to our existing electrical service. Thus far, tub has met our expectations. Don, the Owner of KCHTW has done everything he said he would do when we made the original purchase. We are very pleased with our buying experience.
KC hot tub were very Professional, with clear, concise information on pricing and timeframe of expected delivery. Very efficient installation with recommendations for ongoing maintenance provided. Would highly recommend.
