The service was outstanding
The venue I am having my wedding at gave me KC's Carriage as a referral since their horse and carriage does not run until October. I contacted the company by phone and never heard back, per the website it says call or text so I text as well and nothing. After asking for referrals on Facebook, this company was again mentioned so I sent her a message on Facebook. Her response was she had an event in Phoenix that day but would get back to me if she could have someone else do it, but to message her and follow up. Which irritated... read more
