Took my car in around 6:15am, and while trying to get off the trailer, w as having problems, the mechanic Luis came in early, and came out and helped us get car off the trailer safely! How was so helpful and kind. He got my starter replaced, and found another issue with control arm, sent me the estimate, and had the car ready the next day by mid morning! I was so appreciative, and will continue to use IT'S automotive for all of our vehicle needs!!!
Awesome experiance with this shop. Friendly people. I was having a problem with getting my car aligned due to being lower than most cars. They have some custom ramps they made to get low cars up on the rack and aligned. Its driving like a champ.
Did our state inspection there and everything was great, quick and professional highly recommended.
