I would give zero of if I could. I have been a customer since before it was KCs so that would mean since day one. I called today to get a guesstimate on cost and time frame to replace an oil pressure sensor on 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I first spoke to Kim,she said it would need to be diagnosed. I understand that you would want to diagnose yourself. When I asked if they still waived diagnostic fee if they repair she stated they have NEVER done that.
