Out of Towners Stranded in Flaggstaff We were towed to kc's Auto shop in the middle of the night. Being unexpectedly stranded in Flaggstaff we had NO idea where to look for help. Thank god we were towed to KC's! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and very amiable! The cost of repair was more than resonable it was down right affordable! They are fantastic and if yopu need a good honest mechanic in Flaggstaff, youve found it here! Thank you KC, Mike, and Josh for your help! You guy's are great :) Leilani H. of SLC, UT.

go to KC's i went to KC's Auto and they treated me very well. They fixed my check engine light and it is running great - Thanks KC and Mike!

Received bad serive I received poor service from this shop. The vehicle was not fixed. I would not recommend them and I would be careful using them for anything other than basic maintenance.

Great Deals, Great Service KC Auto has really been a life saver for us. They are real people that genuinely want to save you money. We have taken three different cars to KC Auto, each for a different problem. They always give us a great deal and we have had no issues with those vehicles since.Most recently my 2002 Chevy Avalanche was running poorly and I thought it was a fuel system problem. Great Job I went to KC's Auto Repair on a Saturday. My vehicle had a grinding noise and KC found it was a stuck brake caliper. He got the parts the same day and got me back on the road at a great price, Thansk KC

Complete ripoff This guy is a work of art. Had him replace a fan belt, he did not check coolant level the car overheated on the way home. I called him he said bring it back which I did he replaced the themostat with the wrong one, now the heater does not work. When I approached him about making it right he threatened me with bodily harm. $450 and the car is still not working correctly. Protect your wallet and your car avoid this place.

WooHoo I was traveling through and my brakes started to grind and Kc's auto was the first auto shop on the strip. He found the problem and quoted me the price, it was a great price and i had them do it. they said about three hours and got it done in about an hour. Tony worked hard and did it right the rest of the staff was very professional .

KC's Economy auto repair house deserves a zero star rating. I was stranded in a small motorhome on the 4th of July weekend and I knew that the problem was a broken fuel line or lost connection. I was told by the owner that my vehicle would be fixed the next day. The next morning I called the shop and was told that they had drained 15 gallons of fuel from the tank and the owner said he and his crew were tired and wanted to go home.
