I had Called KC to fix a problem with my HVAC system- The AC had shut off- and the technician misdiagnosed the issue as a drain problem. The actual problem, from a second and third opinion, was an entire collapsed return duct. Misdiagnosis happens, I get it. However, the Technician said my drain pipes were installed backwards, and quoted me over 1k for a re-piping. the repair that happened caused my drain to leak, and incurred another repair fee to have a different HVAC company re-pipe it again because they told me not only ... read more
