Giancarlo came out to our home today for an emergency repair that had our entire front yard flooded. He was very timely, communicative, and professional, definitely recommend!
Technicians Ruben and Giancarlo are professional, courteous and on time. They serviced my tankless water heater and mini split and explained to me the importance of maintenance upkeep. I highly recommend KC's 23 1/2 .
Last guy that came out was terrible. He did not go above and beyond, lied about the price, just trying to make a buck. Said we authorized use of camera when he had said he would not charge. Total ripoff and will never use again. By the way, 4th time using- about $3000 later and still not confident plumbing will hold up without backing up. Was also dishonest on invoice.
