I would give Casey and Michael 10 stars if I could excellent excellent customer service, quick and confident helpful. Everything was spotless when they left and they came early. I would choose no other company ever again except for this!!!!!!!!!
We've used KC's plumbing and AC for many years, and have always had great service. We participate in their twice a year service plan. Ruben was very professional and knowledgeable and kept us updated on preventable issues.
They showed up within the time window. Determined the issue right away. Needed a new part, went to get and came back and finished and cleaned up in short order! I was very happy with not only the level of service, but the reasonable charge for this as well!
