Beware of this place. My husband saw one of the male Psychologists for several months. I was the one who suggested he see someone. Unbeknown to me, I think this Psychologist turned my husband against me. He started accusing me of things using language he had never used before. This is the best place I've been. They are so so nice and helpful. Lisa loots is so good for anyone with bpd/adhd and trauma. Im so glad I chose here. I would over and over. Thank you all. Especially Mel the receptionist. She is a beautiful woman.
My experience with KPSYCH NUNDAH in obtaining my medical records was deeply troubling and unprofessional. While their initial email outlined a process for record release, a subsequent phone call revealed a contradictory requirement: payment of a 2023 no-show fee before any records, even those needed for my GP, would be released.
