I know this could be the contractor problem but I emailed the company about it and no action was taken, Look two years ago I called Evergy to remove the danger of a tree in my backyard on the power line ,so they sent me a very known company with lots of big machines but after 10 days of work they left without finishing the job . Their "plans" are not saving us any money. Rates continue to climb. There are multiple charges that make no sense at all, including a 'customer charge'. It is extremely crazy that this is the ONLY provider for electricity!! We deserve options and we deserve affordable rates!
