Welp, power just went out and $500 worth of groceries down the drain and nobody will pick up the phone. I work online and was working on something very critical and I might be fired now.
I can’t give 0 stars or else I would. This company is terrible as a whole. A slight breeze and the power goes out for hours and they blame you for it. It is absolutely ridiculous. Are you guys going to compensate people for groceries going bad? Or appliances that are fried because you never fix your problems that EVERY single customer you have voices? I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and going to be making a petition so you all can get your act together.
This company just makes me mad every way I turn. You guys just really are terrible.
