Ashley at KCP is an amazing physical therapist. After my surgery I needed a great deal of help to build my pelvic floor muscles and regain control of my body. Ashley is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. She has given me guidance and exercises to help with my recovery. Although I’m not finished with my complete rehab, I have come a long way toward completion. I can highly recommend KCP for any physical therapy needs.
I had the pleasure of working with Ashley specifically for pelvic health PT starting in my second trimester of my first pregnancy. Not only did she reduce my pain from 8/10 to 0/10 in just four days, but also she improved my hip and core strength while also prepping my pelvic floor for labor and delivery. My labor only lasted eight hours, which I attribute to all the positioning practice Ashley did with me in preparation for labor, and I was able to safely push my baby out in just five contractions.
