We came in after having a bad experience at another place down the street. Was greeted with a warm welcome and was told they were booked. Started to leave and they ran to the car to tell us they just had someone cancelled. We not only got great haircuts but after a day of disappointment at other stores it was nice to be reminded that we drive here from Texas for vacation for the people. This place would be the reason why. Kindness fun and quality
I scheduled an appointment to try and get my hair platinum blonde. Overall the several days before my appointment I received a few reminders (enough to keep track of the days but not too many to be annoying) which was very good considering that I can be forgetful at times. Kristen was my stylist that day, and did an amazing and efficient job in communicating and keeping up with conversation as the time passed. She was very honest with what could be achieved that day.
