Unfortunately my experience was completely the opposite. Even with me being in the medical field and doing research on Ms. Choi I made a bad choice. First sign was the insensitive remark during the consultation. My end result is I went in lopsided and came out lopsided with my breast damaged for life. It's going on 2 years and now I realize I'm going to have lifetime pain in the deformed breast. Ms. Choi reaction and comment for my follow up was she has seen worse. I will leave you with that for her empathy.
Dr. Choi and her entire team have been nothing but kind, courteous, and informative every step of the way. I am only 4 days post op from my breast reduction, and the results from my procedure are immaculate. Pam was wonderful with getting my insurance approval. Elise was amazing with getting my paperwork sent in with my time off from work. Brooke was knowledgeable with pre-op, and post-op. I look forward to my continuing journey with this team!
She is an excellent surgeon with wonderful results. She made my experience joyful. She listens, supports and worked closely with me. Her staff is professional, kind and was always there for me. Thank you Dr. Choi. You feel like a dear friend on how you have cared for me.
