Just called us on a cold call. Super Rude and hung up after we would not let her talk with owner immediately. Sales 101, dont be super RUDE to people you are trying to sell to :)
The women called me, wanted to speak with the owner. The owner does not take calls, EVERYTHING goes through me. I asked if I could help her & she hung up. I was going to give her another way to contact him that he would be able to see he & I would receive it & go over it. Her inappropriate behavior & terrible customer service skills lost her any sales.
