To say we were disappointed is an understatement. It all started good. Keith was personable and made suggestions about a way to make the shower bigger and to have a rain shower head. The job, wfich he said would ne 3 weeks, to do the shower plus the heating fans in both bathrooms started in early july 2022. 2 weeks into the job I noticed the shower base wasn't made larger as agreed.
