KCK Construction did an outstanding job creating a new floor entry to my crawlspace. For decades, the house addition had no access point, but KCK quickly identified a safe and practical location, then completed the project efficiently in just half a day. The new opening is wide, sturdy, and neatly finished with trim for a secure fit. They even rerouted the nearby ductwork so that no utilities were disturbed.
