I have been dealing with the team at KCJ over many years. Once again Peter the owner came to the rescue. New kitchen and appliances installed, flooring and painting of my 1 bed flat within a tight timescale as needed by myself. Highly recommended.
I have used KCJ a number of times over the past few years. I have always found Peter, the boss, to be helpful, patient and happy to give me suggestions. This time i also liaised with his colleague Nadia who was the same and a pleasure to talk to. The workers were consistently friendly, polite and punctual. The work was of a high standard and when i changed my mind about what i wanted this was accommodated without complaint. I found their price to be reasonable. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.
If you want to pay significant sums for slapdash work from cowboys and then abused by Peter over the phone when you complain about the work, this is the company for you. Cannot even install a shower tray properly even keeping the plastic casings on to block the drain....amateurs.
I have used KCJ for 18 years and he and his team are amazing! Professional, courteous, hard-working - ready to rectify the odd minor error if it ever occurs (rarely). I trust Peter, the owner, and so do all my tenants as we are abroad for my husband's work. He knows them by name, helps whenever an issue arises. Honest. Reliable.
good honest reliable firm with a good reputation behind them, free quotations and a quick turn around when it comes to works being carried out. they deal with pretty much everything from new builds down to maintenance and hold contracts with local well established estate agents.
