I can't recommend against taking the Roadrunner strongly enough. They forgot to stop and pick me up at the MCI airport, and when I called them they blamed me for their error and left me stranded without a ride to Manhattan. This is a joke of a business and should be shut down. Save yourself your money and sanity. One star is far more than they deserve.
I scheduled a reservation from this company in December 2016 for my daughter who is stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. I cancelled the service because she was able to receive a ride from her Sergeant. In January my wife discovered a charge for $800 on our credit card. I called the company and spoke with Mary initially who discovered the mistake and apologized and referred me to Austin in billing and advised me to contact him the next day during business hours. Total chaos, do not use them. Had reservation for days, stuck at the airport no one showed up. Could not reach anyone by phone. They need to be shut down.
ARRIVAL by KCI Roadrunner is the worst! Junk vehicles and they made me miss my flight that i had scheduled the day before. The customer service is unacceptably horrid. Lied about the arrival time and no way they would answer the phone or let me know they were going to be late. No backup plan to get me there on time just POOR excuses. Never again! Save your time money and hassle! Might as well walk with your thunb out. Maybe they should statr by delivering pizzas until they get it right and on time!
DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. THE MANAGER NAMED NICK IS A P.O.S. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE 5* THAT HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO THIS COMPANY IS ALL WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY.
