Purchased our home through KCI. It's been a trip to say the least. Have had too many issues to post here. Was helpful during the 1 year warranty for minor things but anything that took more than a week or two to coordinate getting fixed was basically on me. Took video of a roof leak, never fixed. Almost every window in the house has had issues. Water heater struggles to keep up, flooring not installed properly... list goes on. Wouldnt recommend buying from KCI.
