KCI CrossFit is a fantastic gym! I dropped into the gym 3 days while in town. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Great coaches! The gym is very clean and packed with lots of equipment. The website was very easy to use to schedule the drop in. Plenty of class times to choose from. I will definitely drop in next time I’m in town! If you live in the area and are looking for a gym, in my 3 day experience this gym has it all! Thanks KCI!
KCI CrossFit has been a great fit for me! The coaches modify workouts to meet me where I am while helping me get stronger. I’ve gained strength and stamina, and it’s made me stronger during my workouts in the pool and better able to keep up with my grandkids. The supportive community keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
great place to workout the coaches are all very knowledgeable, all workouts are adaptable to your skill level, family oriented, very friendly atmosphere.
Never joined a more welcoming community and it was immediately clear what really makes this gym great: the people and the coaches.
