I dropped into KCI while I was visiting family and they welcomed me in like one of their own! I felt immediately at home in their space and everyone was very friendly. The workouts were structured well, with different options if someone wasn’t able to do a certain movement and their coaches were super knowledgeable. If you live in this area and you’re looking for a good gym to join I recommend them! I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in town!
Dropped in from out to town for a few classes. Nick and Adam were the coaches and are great.

Great gym and workout! Right by MCI airport. Was the perfect spot to drop in for a workout before flying out
We love the KCI CrossFit youth classes! All of the coaches are fantastic and do a great job keeping the kids engaged, focused, and excited to learn something new. The classes have increased their confidence, made them stronger, and helped them realize they can challenge themselves and do hard things. I highly recommend KCI CrossFit.
