Never joined a more welcoming community and it was immediately clear what really makes this gym great: the people and the coaches. I had always wanted to try CrossFit but was honestly intimidated to start. From day one at KCI CrossFit, the coaches made that fear go away. Dropped in while I was in KC for a short visit and had an awesome experience at CrossFit KCI! The gym is super convenient—right by the airport, which made it an easy stop. Marie was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The 9am class was a blast—great energy, great coaching, and a solid workout. If you’re traveling through KC, this is definitely the spot to drop in!
I dropped into KCI while I was visiting family and they welcomed me in like one of their own! I felt immediately at home in their space and everyone was very friendly. The workouts were structured well, with different options if someone wasn’t able to do a certain movement and their coaches were super knowledgeable. If you live in this area and you’re looking for a good gym to join I recommend them! I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in town!
Dropped in from out to town for a few classes. Nick and Adam were the coaches and are great.
