Kev is absolutely amazing. He has such a deep understanding of the body and knows how to help people grow physically, mentally, and with confidence. Keven is simply amazing. Attention to detail with helping me improve my movements. The groups are really friendly and fun to workout with. A great place to start if you have been wanting to try a crossfit style gym and also a great place to improve if you are already into that style of training!
Can’t speak highly enough about KCF Training. Was a little bit hesitant to begin with but would have to say its one of the best decisions I have made. Kev is such a great trainer and puts time into every individual whether you’re a beginner or a pro. Both Kev and Kell run great classes with so much energy and encouragement . I always look forward to going as it’s such a great vibe. Awesome work team!! Look forward to the future
