My experience with the medics was great but the billing department are indifferent to the fact that they billing of the VA was wrongly done and they seemed to have no interest in trying to right it in stead they chose to send it to a collection agency. If someone in the billing department would contact the VA they could find out what they did wrong. Vote NO on bonds. They have all the training buildings at the Seltice headquarters and I drive by multiple times everyday. Its never used...Ever! Now their building another multi million dollar building they don't need and if its for training will never be used. I've been fighting with their billing company for 9 months. These people are inept and down right stupid. What is so darn hard to conceive about double coverage on insurance. This is a simple concept. Voting no on bonds from now on till change. I wanna thank the guys and gals out of Rathdrum and Spirit lake!! I had a pretty significant horse accident this past Sunday and they took very good care of me so my hat is off to you!
I just want to thank all the paramedics that helped my husband and I on Tuesday afternoon June 25th 2024. My husband and I were in our boat on lake CDA and he had a stroke. I was able to get another boater to help us get back to Higgins boat launch. Paramedics came and took my husband to the hospital. He was then flown to sacred heart and had surgery. He had a blood clot that went to his brain. He is home now and doing good. I want to thank the paramedic that loaded our boat onto our trailer for us. All of you are amazing. A... read more
