We recently had Happy replace our floor carpets with hardwood. He and his team are exceptional. They were very patient and attentive to our needs, and ensured we were fully satisfied with their work. They were also very polite in their interactions. The team took ownership of the quality of their work; it was clear to me that it would hurt their pride to do work less than top quality.
