Place is a joke..ran poorly..no aides..no weekend aides..aides come and go as they want to. Office staff is no help..and lies to the clients or don't inform them if someone is coming to their home that day or not and no replacement aides.
The staff t the office in excelsior springs are always so nice and professional, I wish to live in Excelsior one-day to have opportunity to have one of their home health aides there. I'm currently in KC Missouri, and it would be better to be healed and not need an aide, but, if I do Id like to be in Excelsior Springs🥰 Thanks Katrina, Thank God for KCare
